Zetica Ltd is one of the UK’s leading engineering and environmental geophysics companies, providing advanced surveying and subsurface analysis to clients nationwide. To support its continued growth, Lynrace Studio (formerly Paul Southouse Architects) was appointed to design and deliver a major extension to its headquarters in Eynsham, comprising new warehouse space, expanded office accommodation, and the partial redevelopment of the adjacent Nitron House site. The scheme includes the demolition of the poorer-quality southern section of Nitron House and the creation of a new two-storey building that adjoins the existing HQ, carefully planned to improve operational efficiency, staff facilities, and circulation across the campus. The architectural design responds closely to the industrial context, with massing, materials, and orientation developed to complement surrounding employment buildings and avoid overlooking neighbouring sites. This strategic expansion provides Zetica with a coherent, future-focused base that aligns with its technical expertise and supports its long-term operational and commercial ambitions.
