LOX Office Alterations and Refurbishment
Lynrace Studio were appointed to coordinate and manage the refurbishment of Lucy Group's headquarters at Eagle Works in Oxford. Working again alongside interior design specialists Ashlar-ID, our role encompassed project coordination, procurement, technical support and construction-phase management.

Building on the successful collaboration at St Paul's House, this project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of office, meeting and breakout spaces across multiple floors of Lucy Group's existing headquarters.
Ashlar-ID led the workplace design and spatial planning, developing proposals to improve the working environment and respond to the Group's evolving operational needs. Lynrace Studio supported the design process and coordinated the technical and practical requirements necessary to deliver the improvements.
Our role included project planning, consultant and contractor coordination, procurement, tendering support and construction-phase management, working closely with the client's facilities team and other stakeholders.
A particular challenge was delivering the refurbishment within a fully operational headquarters. Careful programming, phased construction and ongoing coordination were essential to maintaining business continuity while the works progressed.
The completed project provides a refreshed and more efficient workplace, with improved facilities for staff, meetings and collaboration, supporting the day-to-day activities of the organisation.
