We were invited to redesign an already consented scheme, reworking the proposal to increase levels of glazing, improve daylight and views, and introduce a clearer, more contemporary architectural language.

The project represents a sensitive but confident change of use from agricultural barn to modern workplace, balancing the simplicity of the original structure with refined detailing and robust materials. The completed building will provide a flexible headquarters space that reflects the Shack brand and its design-led, modular ethos, with completion targeted for Spring 2026.
