Headquarters and Factory Extension
Lynrace Studio worked with Williams Jet Tenders on a significant programme of office, showroom, and factory expansion at their Berinsfield headquarters to support the continued growth of this internationally recognised marine manufacturer. The office extension formed part of a wider masterplan, creating a new entrance and showroom, opening up existing office accommodation, and adding a new open-plan first-floor office within an extended roof structure while retaining the existing portal frame. Internally, the project introduced a new central feature stair, improved meeting and collaboration spaces, and a clearer arrival sequence for staff, clients, and visitors. The works were carefully phased alongside a rear factory and test-pond extension to minimise disruption to ongoing production, with sustainability considerations including BREEAM Excellent forming part of the approved planning consent. The result is a coherent, future-focused workplace environment aligned with the precision, performance, and brand identity of Williams Jet Tenders
