New Commercial Unit Construction and Fit-out Coordination
As part of the wider St Paul’s House refurbishment and extension, Lynrace Studio supported the delivery of the Sainsbury’s Local store occupying the ground-floor commercial tenancy facing Walton Street. Our role focused on close coordination with Sainsbury’s project manager to develop the technical design and ensure the base build was fully aligned with Sainsbury’s evolving store layout and operational requirements. This included detailed coordination of drainage, services, and back-of-house provisions to streamline and de-risk the subsequent fit-out and occupation. We also provided planning advice and assistance in relation to advertisement consent, external signage, and frontage considerations. The result was a well-coordinated handover that enabled an efficient fit-out process and timely opening within a complex mixed-use development.
