DESIGN
We provide end-to-end architectural and interior design services for commercial, institutional and hospitality projects, including new-build developments, extensions and complex refurbishments. Our work spans concept design, space planning, workflow optimisation, and detailed technical design, supported by fully coordinated drawings, specifications, lighting design, bespoke joinery, and curated furniture and finishes. We shape environments that are intelligent, efficient and atmospheric, whether creating new buildings, transforming existing ones, or delivering complete fit-outs ready for occupation.
APPROVAL
We manage the full statutory approvals process, including Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations. Our work covers the preparation of all supporting documentation,Design & Access Statements, heritage assessments, technical reports, and compliance strategies, while coordinating the input of specialist consultants. We also act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act, ensuring design risks are identified, communicated and properly managed throughout the pre-construction phase.
DELIVERY
We lead your project from strategy to completion, aligning quality, cost and programme. As well as overseeing construction and ensuring design intent is maintained, we can provide full procurement services, offering a turnkey solution where we manage all subcontract packages, place orders, and administer payments on behalf of the client. Our role includes tender management, contractor coordination, site inspections, risk and programme monitoring, and resolving technical queries as works progress. This integrated approach ensures every component ; design, procurement and construction is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard.
